Lynk & Co Teamwork Motorsport this weekend will start its campaign in the 2024 TCR China championship with refreshed branding and designs for its four Lynk & Co 03 TCRs, and with an exciting all-champions line-up for the season opener at the Zhuzhou International Circuit.
The team will again field four Lynk & Co 03 TCRs this season, all in a new black and red livery.
It'll be looking to win a fourth consecutive teams' title in the highly competitive Chinese series, and with a super-strong line-up of drivers for the opening round.
ZHANG Zhi Qiang returns for his fourth year with the team. The 2021 TCR Asia champion will be again joined by 2022 TCR Asia champion David ZHU, who now heads into his third campaign with the team.
Sunny WONG, the 2018 TCR China champion, will again be behind the wheel of the #12 Lynk & Co 03 TCR.
The team's fourth driver will alternate throughout the season, but at the season opener, the team's driver will be the FIA TCR World Tour's latest race winner MA Qing Hua, who also won the 2020 TCR China championship while driving with Lynk & Co Teamwork Motorsport.
"I'm happy to race in my home country and to represente Lynk & Co," said MA. "It's a team I've known for a long time and we have a good team spirit. It's a new season, and we know our competitors, they'll be the same competitors that we have here in the FIA TCR World Tour.
"I'm quite confident and very happy to join Lynk & Co Teamwork Motorsport, it's a car I know, even though it's the previous version of the Lynk & Co TCR. We also have a new tyre compound this season which will be very important to understand during the pre-season test ahead of the race weekend."
